The first ritual
Early Access & Website Terms
Version 2026-10-23 · Last updated 23 October 2026
Draft terms — founder and legal review required. The responsible business identity, contact information and jurisdiction must be confirmed before inviting public signups.
1. Who operates this website?
These terms concern the RitualíQ website and first-batch access programme operated by RitualíQ (legal operator awaiting confirmation).
Business address: To be confirmed before launch. Contact: Verified business contact pending.
2. What does a first-batch spot mean?
RitualíQ intends to give the first 100 verified email signups priority access to purchase from its debut product batch when it becomes available. Being among the first 100 means priority to receive a purchase invitation; it is not an order, a payment, an entitlement to free products, or a guarantee of stock, price or delivery.
Customers will be given product information and the opportunity to decide whether to purchase at launch. Any actual purchase will be subject to separately published sales terms and checkout.
3. How are places allocated?
Submit a valid email and accept these terms. We send a link to that email, normally valid for 24 hours. You must open the link and actively confirm your address; position is determined by completed confirmation time, not initial submission time. Priority positions 1–100 are allocated in confirmation order. Later confirmed addresses enter an overflow waitlist.
One queue position is allocated per verified email address. We may review obvious duplicate, automated, abusive or fraudulent entries, and may remove invalid registrations after reasonable review. A position does not transfer ownership of a product.
4. Invitations, timing and availability
No launch date, price, dispatch date, exact product quantity or time-limited purchase window has been confirmed. If RitualíQ proceeds with the launch, we intend to contact eligible confirmed registrants with next steps. Further batch or purchase terms will be explained before any purchase obligation arises.
If the first release is delayed, changed or cancelled, the priority-access programme may need to change. We will aim to inform affected registrants where reasonably practical. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Marketing is optional
Requesting a place and accepting these terms does not require you to agree to promotional marketing. The separate unticked marketing checkbox is optional. Operational emails needed to verify and administer the request are distinct from promotional emails.
6. Complimentary guide
A complimentary informational East African Ritual Guide may be made available after email verification. The guide is general cultural and self-care information, not medical advice or instructions for an unverified finished cosmetic product. Always follow finished product labelling and consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
7. Website use and intellectual property
The RitualíQ brand name, original written material and site artwork belong to their respective rights holders and must not be commercially reproduced without authorisation. Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to compromise the signup system or impersonate others. Third-party links, where offered, are governed by their owners' policies.
8. Liability and consumer rights
We aim to keep information accurate but pre-launch plans can change. These terms do not remove statutory consumer protections or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any future product orders will be governed by the final sales terms shown at checkout.
9. Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use first-batch signup details and optional marketing consent. Please use the verified contact method above for questions or privacy requests once published.
10. Governing law
The applicable law and jurisdiction must be completed by the verified legal operator before these terms are approved. Nothing here affects mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
